As an Independent Contractor, I specialize in short-term interim hotel management, and facilitate extensive hotel renovations and brand conversions. This is accomplished by creating and implementing a specialized business project plan to stabilize costs. My own personal business brand is to cultivate “putting the heartbeat back into business”. My unique approach utilizes existing employees and works on building them up and training them.
